Spa Breaks/Days: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged administration fee of £25 per person. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days 50% of total cost. Less than 7 days 100%, an administration fee of £10 will apply to bookings.

Spa Treatments: Cancellations made within 48 hour notice will incur a £10 charge. Less than 24 hours, or for non-arrivals at allotted time, will be charged in full.
